The newest bakery in Seixal is called Mimo and has a branding made by Casa Tropi. With a Brunch & Lunch concept, the branding is made up of pastel colors, phrases that refer to the act of caring/pampering and as the main character, the donkey, a sentimental and symbolic element of the founder's origins, the Alentejo.
